After submitting a request through our online platform (website, Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp) or our hotline (+65 90595919), our tutoring coordinator will identify the most suitable tutor based on your preferences and send you a recommendation via SMS.

You can then ask any questions and request a phone conference with the tutor. If you feel uncomfortable with any details regarding the new tutor, you can request a change at any time. Our coordinator will ensure that both parties agree on the course details and pricing before confirming the lessons.

Once you confirm a suitable tutor, we will send you the course details via a confirmation email, and you can start preparing for your first lesson!

The course fees for the first two weeks should be paid directly to Shuodeng Tutors. During this period, no payments should be made to the tutor. Starting from the third week, you can pay the tutor directly.

If a client needs to postpone or cancel the first class, they must notify the senior tutor or tutor at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the client will be required to pay 50% of the first class fee as compensation.

Once the commission period (i.e., the first two classes after the task begins) has passed, the Company will no longer be responsible for facilitating, verifying, or mediating payment matters between the tutor and the client.
Both parties are expected to maintain clear communication and settle all ongoing payments privately beyond the commission period.
The Company is not responsible for any disagreements or conflicts between the Tutor and Client. Any attempt by the Company to resolve conflicts does not imply legal liability for either party. The Company, its employees, subcontractors, and agents are not responsible for any disputes, clashes, or crimes between the Client and their family and the Tutor during the Assignment.
